We are looking for an energetic freelance sourcer/recruiter to work alongside the Blu team on a high-visibility project for one of our key clients: an ambitious, rapidly expanding B2B SaaS innovator establishing a flagship hub in Barcelona.As a freelance recruitment partner, you will take ownership of one of our key European language markets. You will use your language skills and recruitment expertise to identify, engage, and pipeline high-performing commercial sales and tech professionals to support our client's European expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Mapping & Pipeline Creation: Take ownership of the French market.



Map relevant talent pools to identify and engage passive SDR and AE talent, as well as relevant tech professionals, building an active pipeline.Targeted Outreach & Screening: Represent Blu and the client brand when approaching candidates about the Barcelona opportunity. Conduct engaging preliminary screens evaluating commercial track record, quota achievement, technical alignment, motivation, and cultural fit.Stakeholder Alignment & Pipeline Velocity: Work closely with Blu's lead recruiters to deliver curated candidate shortlists and maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment funnel.Team Syncs & Market Insights: Participate in regular project syncs with Blu, sharing market insights, candidate feedback, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies to optimize overall project velocity.Must-Haves3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced recruitment agency, talent consultancy, or growing B2B SaaS bu
