by collaborating with our Talent Acquisition team all over Europe and work within a globally aligned and rapidly growing Integral Talent Acquisition function Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates across multiple functions and geographies, with a focus on the DACH region Utilize various sourcing channels (Linked In Recruiter, databases, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.) Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Conduct market mapping and talent benchmarking to support hiring strategy Conduct initial candidate screening (CV + phone/virtual interviews) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit Deliver well-qualified candidate shortlists to Hiring Managers Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening stages Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, hiring strategy, and timelines Act as a trusted advisor by sharing data-driven insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscape What does yo
