External Account Manager Pharma – BarcelonaYour responsibilities- Develop and grow existing key accounts (Gold / Silver / Bronze), maximizing sales through cross-selling and value-based pricing- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers- Plan and execute customer visits, manage negotiations and close commercial agreements- Respond to RFQs and prepare tailored commercial proposals- Analyze customer potential and define actionable growth plans- Lead and coordinate customer-related projects and initiatives- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) and ensure accurate reportingYour profile- Degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Chemistry or similar)- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (ideally in pharma, chemicals or related industry)- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Fluent English and Catalan (written and spoken)- Knowledge of Salesforce,
