We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Spanish & Portugues speaking Billing Associate to join our team in creating a new European Service Support Center in the heart of Barcelona, Spain. The Center will deliver high quality Finance support services for Americold operations across Europe. Perform sets of pre and post billing checks to ensure invoices goes out in a timely manner (daily / weekly / monthly)
Reviewing billing invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with what is agreed with customers.
Conducting quality assurance checks on billing data to identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies.
Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies (Customers claims) or issues in a timely manner.




Collaborating with IT and finance teams to implement improvements in billing processes and systems.
Developing and maintaining quality assurance procedures and documentation.
Generating reports on billing quality and performance metrics for management review.
Ensuring adherence to billing standards and best practices.
Participating in audits and compliance reviews related to billing processes.
Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and (English - intermediate level)
Ideally a bachelor's degree and/or Finance qualifications and training
Proven experience in billing, finance, or quality assurance role
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications
