Participate in all service order process, supporting the customer in each step, creating service, sales and purchase orders, ensuring data accuracy and completeness throughout the service lifecycle.
Coordinate Sales Support activities required to support service operations, acting as the primary interface between Operations, Project Managers, Sales teams, and customers regarding administrative service matters.
Perform service invoicing activities, monitor project and service order profitability, track revenue, costs, margins and backlog.
Participate in all Sales & Service Support team process, supporting internally the team or other teams in some actions.
An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership and commitment of orders and service process.
~3 years of experience working as internal Sales & Service Support.
~ Knowledge of SAP, Service module
~ Knowledge of Excel and PowerBI.
~ A native Spanish knowledge and medium English level.
