We are seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Liaison Operations to join our Global Site Management function, supporting our EMEA region in a remote work mode. Remote, with 3040% EU travel. Lead Clinical Trial Liaison performance, development planning, formal reviews, goals, workload, and quality delivery.
Oversee vendor-provided staff against service-level agreements and raise performance concerns.
Advise cross-functional forums on study, programme, country, capacity, and resource strategies.
Build investigator relationships, conduct remote and on-site co-visits, and support meetings, audits, and inspections.
Bachelors degree and eight years relevant clinical operations experience in industry or a contract research organisation.
Two to three years direct people-management accountability; Extensive integral trial operations, field-team leadership, and clinical development knowledge.
Knowledge of International Council for Harmonisation Good Clinical Practice and regional and local regulations.




Collaborative and independent working styles, cross-cultural awareness, and fluent business English.
