Define and analyze user journeys across, in web, for accessibility issues and work with developers and designers to define and implement solutions.
Own the accessibility aspect of a large design system ensuring that every component meets the standards.
Develop frameworks, guidelines, processes and toolkits on digital accessibility for designers, engineers and product teams.
2 years experience in user experience design and accessibility.

WAI-ARIA and other related accessibility standards, with practical experience in implementing accessibility testing methodologies
~ Experience in testing with assistive technologies (including screen readers such as VoiceOver and NVDA or JAWS).
~ Ability to present design rationale to our teams and clients. Strong knowledge of UX principles and best practices, including understanding when and where different methodologies and techniques should be incorporated into the process.
~ Have experience working in Agile environments.
