School Description:
A British International School in Spain is seeking an experienced and highly effective Head of School to lead the school from September 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educational leader to take responsibility for the overall quality of education, safeguarding, pupil wellbeing, staff, operations and strategic development of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall quality and strategic development of the school
- Oversee safeguarding, pupil wellbeing and staff development
- Ensure high standards of teaching and learning
- Lead school operations effectively
- Work collaboratively with staff and the wider school community

Requirements:





- Recognised teaching qualifications
- Strong leadership experience, ideally within a British International School
- Experience with the English National Curriculum from age 3–18
- Experience with IGCSE and A Level programmes
- Familiarity with the BSO framework would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and collaborative leadership skills
- Knowledge of Spanish is highly desirable

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: €75,000–€80,000 per annum, based on experience
- Benefits: Medical cover, free dependent school places, school car and initial flight allowance
