Based in Valencia or Madrid, you will source, onboard, train and lead self-employed Mortgage Advisors focused on non-resident mortgages across Costa Blanca, Valencia, Catalonia and the Balearic Islands.
You will connect banks, advisor networks and clients, build strategic partnerships, and mentor a growing team to deliver top-tier service while hitting growth targets.
