RLB is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our Madrid or Barcelona offices, with hybrid working arrangements. You will manage the commercial and contractual performance across hospitality, life sciences and industrial sectors and lead cost planning and post‑contract activities.
The role requires a Quantity Surveying background, MRICS or equivalent, and proven experience in cost management and client relationship development within a consultancy, contractor, developer or client-side setting.
