Discovered MENA is seeking a VP of Games to own the integral strategy and growth for its mobile and web gaming platform. The role sits in Madrid with hybrid work (2–3 days in the Madrid office) and reports to the CEO.
You will manage the game portfolio P&L;, set strategy, and lead a high-performing product team. You’ll negotiate content deals with major studios, drive monetisation across subscriptions and IAP, and apply AI to how games are built and delivered.
