Pilatus Ibérica has recently landed in Seville to manufacture private jets, and we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in wiring and aerostructures to join our team.
Your Responsibilities

Establish work instructions and production planning documentation in collaboration with the headquarters team.
Determine production times and calculate manufacturing costs.
Plan and control production activities, including coordination of material shortages, order release, and technical completion.
Provide technical supervision, support, and continuous improvement of structural assembly operations and wiring production.
Initiate and implement design and process changes.
Facilitate problem-solving activities between Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
Support the Engineering Department regarding the manufacturability of aerostructures and related optimization initiatives.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience; a Master's degree is considered an advantage.




Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering related to wiring and aerostructures.
Strong knowledge of SAP, PLM software such as Siemens Teamcenter, CAD tools, and Microsoft Office.
Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and a continuous improvement mindset.
C1 level of both Spanish and English is required; German is considered an asset.
Willingness to support the ramp-up phase of our new manufacturing facility, combined with the ability to work and communicate in a structured manner within a dynamic environment.
