Senior Product Manager & Product Sales Lead
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager & Product Sales Lead to take end-to-end ownership of a global card issuing, working capital and embedded finance solution.
This is a highly commercial product leadership role combining product strategy, P&L; ownership and sales leadership.
What You'll Do

Own the product strategy, roadmap, value proposition and lifecycle
Lead international expansion across Europe, Middle East,



APAC and beyond
Own the product P&L;, revenue targets, pricing and commercial performance
Develop propositions across commercial cards, spend management, working capital and embedded finance
Lead and support the Product Sales Specialist team
Act as the senior product expert in strategic customer discussions
Drive go-to-market strategy across Sales, Marketing, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology
Manage strategic relationships with issuers, processors and financial partners

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in card issuing, commercial cards, B2B payments and/or embedded finance
Experience owning and commercialising payment or financial products
Solid understanding of payment flows, issuing ecosystems, FX, interchange and corporate payments
Experience with P&L; and revenue ownership
Track record of product launches and/or international market expansion
