in charge of providing technical support and strategical consultancy to the company in relation to its expansion needsYou will be involved in early stages of Real Estate and architectural projects in hospitality across Europe and America, collaborating with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, while contributing to a key strategical area.What will you do?Analysis and preliminary functional drafts of architectural hotel projects., reporting internally and to Assets and Expansion and Operations departmentsProvide strategical consultancy in the early stages of hospitality projectsProvide support for refurbishment and rebranding cost estimations and PIPsTechnical due diligence of existing assetsProvide support for technical clauses negotiation in hospitality contractsCoordinate technical tasks and needs with other departments inside Minor Hotels Europe and Americas.What are we looking for?At least 3 years working experience in hospitality is required.
