As part of our growth, we are hiring a General Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our Service KAM Team, reporting to the Director Global Service KAM. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing service strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.Working closely with all Service areas, Sales, Operations, Legal and Technical Departments, you will develop various strategies to drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, promote the company's services, and achieve win-win claim settlements with assigned clients.Your TasksWorking together as part of the Service KAM Team, reporting to Director Global Service KAM, the Customer Account Manager is responsible for developing and implementing service strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunitiesYou would work closely transversally with all service areas, operation, sales, legal and Technical Departments to develop various strategiesYour role would be to drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction,



and promote the company's services and win-win claim settlements to the assigned clientsHigh level point of contact for clients, providing coordinated communication (one voice), access to the company’s products and servicesManage and develop relationships with clients to understand their business, risks, and opportunities, and build a personal rapport with client contacts in order to be seen as a trusted advisorDefine strategy for assigned accounts (constant process)Review client financials and regularly meets with senior executives to understand their longer-term strategies. Lead High Level Operation / Technical Forums with client leadershipHigh Level mediation in escalation/claims looking for win-win compromisesIdentify Relevant Sales opportunities, promote organization awareness and to ensure profitable business.Negotiation the Major Technical Issues Agreements (warranty extension, etc...) and frame agreements
