You are a versatile and autonomous Software Packager who enjoys solving technical challenges. You combine strong packaging expertise with a practical, customer-focused mindset and can efficiently troubleshoot, automate, and deliver reliable software deployment solutions.

Tasks:

- Receive, analyze, and manage software packaging requests from start to finish: registration, package creation, testing, delivery, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Coordinate with IT and business teams to understand needs, define optimal solutions, and prioritize tasks.
- Create, customize, and maintain complex software packages (MSI, MSIX, Intunewin, etc.), ensuring compatibility and compliance with corporate standards.
- Use software packaging tools (e.g., Orca).
- Manage software deployment to corporate devices via MS SCCM/Intune.
- Automate service processes using scripting (PowerShell, Ansible, PSADT).
- Document processes, incidents, and solutions, as well as propose continuous improvements in the packaging workflow.
- Monitor SLAs and provide periodic reporting on the status of requests and incidents.
- Provide third-level support for incidents related to software packaging and distribution.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and ad-hoc tasks related to the service.

MUSTs Service Requirements

- Experience in software packaging and application deployment in enterprise environments.
- Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting ,



including PSADT .
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM and Intune .
- Familiarity with packaging tools such as Orca .
- Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot installation issues, and resolve problems independently.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
- Experience working directly with internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of SQL and general IT infrastructure concepts.
- Experience working in Agile , ITIL , or similar environments.
- English level B2+ .

NICE TO HAVE Service Requirements

- Experience improving or integrating packaging processes.
- Knowledge of MongoDB , APIs, or development practices.
- Exposure to Ansible or other automation/DevOps tools.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software packaging and deployment.
- Experience managing multiple packaging requests simultaneously.

SCHEDULE :

- 08h-17h from Monday to Friday (versátil)
- 2 days work on site
