Grow-Talent.com is seeking a German-speaking Inside Sales Representative to build and close a pipeline of inbound leads for the EMEA market. The role will be based in Dublin with a hybrid model (office 2 days/week) and offers base salary plus bonus.
You will manage inbound leads, drive KPIs, and champion the value of the product to customers. Requirements include fluency in German and English, 18–24 months SDR SaaS experience or 6–12 months in B2B sales, and prior SaaS/vendor exposure.
