As a Global Services Customer Facing Excellence Platform Manager, you will provide services to the different countries for all the CFE (Customer Facing Experience) related activities. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of data uploads and analysis, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with internal teams and Business Partners to deliver impactful analytical solutions. You will be a key player for the support of the different teams in the day-to-day activities ensuring operational excellence and data integrity across global commercial analytics activities.This role is part of Human Pharma Services (HPS), which is our in-house organization providing services to efficiently and effectively communicate to patients and HCPs. Through our centralized integral service model, we support our internal customers in engaging with their stakeholders and delivering high quality results via standardized and scalable services. Hub will focus on services related to Customer Facing Experience.Tasks and responsibilitiesExecute day-to-day data analysis and operational tasksEnsure data quality in all activities and processesLead analytical tasks and contribute to the completion of team objectivesManipulate and transform data using Excel and SQLPerform data loading and integration across various systems and platformsApply data quality assurance principles and practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and Business Partners to ensure proper execution of tasksManage multiple tasks and deadlines, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skillsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Informatics or a Data related field. Master's degree preferreKnowledge and proven experience of 3-5 years in Salesforce based platforms including set-up, management and maintenance. Experience with Salesforce based systems is preferred, however other technologies / systems will be valued.3-5 years of proven
