About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director of Global Content Partners (GCP), this position oversees the publishing program for Clinical Solutions content, mainly Medical Reference programs spanning across Global programs (ELP) and also local language programs (LLP). These programs include Integral and Local book content as well as digital content creation and localization of a variety of digital products for the Clinical Solutions Business Unit.
Responsibilities

Oversee the Clinical Solutions publishing program across global and local portfolios, including books and digital products
Develop and drive content strategy, including reviewing proposals, financials, and portfolio roadmap analyses




Ensure a strong pipeline of strategic programs and effective content leverage across platforms
Monitor market dynamics and integrate best practices to maintain competitive leadership
Align content initiatives with broader priorities, including portfolio optimization and platform integration
Partner with business units to support electronic solutions, translations, and content localization
Optimize financial performance by managing costs, reviewing proposals, and supporting healthy gross margins
Track and analyze performance metrics, including financials, reporting, and operational insights

Requirements

Leadership experience managing digital content or publishing programs in a matrixed environment
Expertise in health-related disciplines, particularly medical reference and clinical research portfolios preferred
Experience with AI enabled/assisted workflows
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business cas
