Pilatus Ibérica has recently landed in Seville to manufacture private jets, and we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in wiring and aerostructures to join our team.
Your Responsibilities
- Establish work instructions and production planning documentation in collaboration with the headquarters team.
- Determine production times and calculate manufacturing costs.
- Plan and control production activities, including coordination of material shortages, order release, and technical completion.
- Provide technical supervision, support, and continuous improvement of structural assembly operations and wiring production.
- Initiate and implement design and process changes.
- Facilitate problem-solving activities between Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
- Support the Engineering Department regarding the manufacturability of aerostructures and related optimization initiatives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience; a Master's degree is considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering related to wiring and aerostructures.
- Strong knowledge of SAP,
PLM software such as Siemens Teamcenter, CAD tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and a continuous improvement mindset.
- C1 level of both Spanish and English is required; German is considered an asset.
- Willingness to support the ramp-up phase of our new manufacturing facility, combined with the ability to work and communicate in a structured manner within a dynamic environment.
