Our team is ambitious, fast-moving, and focused on building practical solutions that create real value for clients.About the roleWe are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Manager to help grow Fleethand in Spain.This is a new business / hunter role focused on identifying opportunities, opening doors, building relationships, and winning new clients in the transport and logistics market. You will work with potential customers across the region, represent Fleethand in meetings and events,



and help introduce our solution to companies that can benefit from better fleet management and telematics tools.This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys active sales, understands how transport businesses operate, and is confident building trust in a field-based sales environment.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential clients in SpainBuild and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunitiesConduct outbound business development through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person meetingsTravel within the region to meet prospects and develop relationships face to faceRun discovery conversations and product demonstrationsRepresent Fleethand at trade shows, conferences, and other industry eventsUnderstand client needs and position Fleethand’s solution accordinglyLead commercial conversations, negotiate terms, and close new dealsWork closely with internal teams during the pre-sale and handover stagesRequirementsExperience in active B2B sales / business developme
