someone who collaborates with business stakeholders and product representatives to support business decisions. You'll define the metrics that matter, build a deep understanding of the profitability of each of our products, and turn analysis into concrete recommendations. Dashboards are one output of the role, built in our existing BI tool: the core of the job is the strategic thinking and analysis behind them - figuring out what's happening in the business, why, and what we should do about it.
Act as a strategic thought partner to leadership and product, providing analysis-backed recommendations on pricing, investment, and business strategy decisions.
Define and own core business metrics (CAC, LTV, churn-adjusted recurring revenue, funnel conversion, contribution margin) used consistently across the business, with clear, documented definitions.
Build and maintain per-product profitability analysis, combining revenue, cost of acquisition, and churn-adjus
