We are seeking a Regional Facilities Manager for our Integrated Facilities Management business line. Reporting to the Regional IFM Director, the Regional Facilities Manager owns the end-to-end facilities management delivery across one of a number of a multi-site and multi-country portfolios, driving client satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Owns the senior client relationship across their portfolio; Full financial accountability for significant FM budgets across a major corporate portfolio. builds and leverages cross-functional partnerships with peer Regional Facilities Managers,
programmatic leads, other JLL vertical delivery teams and a range of Client teams.
Accountable for supplier governance and performance across their portfolio, ensuring contractual compliance and value realisation through the team.
Key Responsibilities – Team Management
Provides strategic leadership to a large team through direct reports (Senior Facilities Managers) delivering FM operations and programs ranging from front-of-house to engineering and everything in-between.
Drives succession planning, talent development and organisational design to build bench strength and future-proof the team.
Ensures robust development frameworks aligned to business objectives and individual career progression.
Key Responsibilities – Client / Stakeholder Management
Serves as the senior JLL point of contact for the portfolio—owning service delivery outcomes and acting as the escalation point.
