Los Altos Ranch Markets is seeking a Meat Assistant Manager to join our team. The Meat Assistant Manager will be responsible for maintaining and managing all activities of the meat department in the absence of the Meat Manager. The assistant will support the department by assisting with selling, ordering product, maintaining inventory, making sure health guidelines are being followed, scheduling and the overall business management.
Assist with preparing a weekly schedule based on projected sales and workload;
Maintain inventory levels;
Assist with monitoring quality of meat, poultry, and seafood;
Assistant Team Manager by making sure Team Members are following safety and health guidelines.
Prior leadership and management experience preferred;
Continuously, throughout the shift, while moving about the store and obtaining product.
