Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Household Facilities Technician to join a growing UHNW family based in Atlanta, USA, supporting the smooth running, maintenance and presentation of their main residence.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being practical, takes pride in their work and is the type of person who notices when something needs attention and gets it sorted. You will be involved in everything from general property maintenance and grounds to managing contractors and helping keep the estate running to a high standard.
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years' experience within a UHNW private household, as the successful candidate will understand the discretion,
flexibility and high standards expected when working directly for a private family.
Household Facilities Technician
Position: Household Facilities Technician
Location: Atlanta USA
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $40/ hour, TBD
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Carry out hands-on maintenance and general upkeep across the property
Oversee and coordinate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, landscaping and other household systems
Carry out regular property inspections and deal with issues proactively
Manage and coordinate vendors and contractors, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and on time
Work closely with the Estate Manager, Property Manager, Interior Manager and housekeeping team
Assist with preparing the property for family visits and events
Help coordinate vendors and temporary staff for events and projects
Keep storage areas stocked with beverages, cleaning supplies and household essentials
