This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Plant Manager in our Saeta plant located in Valladolid, Spain with Signify. The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of the manufacturing site. Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing/Operations,



the role drives operational excellence, business growth, digital transformation, safety, quality, and people development while ensuring compliance with Signify standards and local regulations. In other words, this role oversees daily operations to ensure efficient production processes, and implements strategies to optimize resource utilization and maintain safety standards.
Define and execute short- and long-term industrial and investment strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead all plant functions, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, and HR.
Ensure efficient manufacturing and delivery operations while meeting quality, environmental, and legal requirements.
Establish strong performance management routines and a culture of accountability and execution.
