We are looking for a Global Key Account Manager Offshore Wind to play a key role in developing and executing global account strategies and operational plans to drive sustainable and profitable growth across the Offshore Wind value chain.
The role combines strategic Integral Account Management of key offshore asset owners with Global Project Management of selected strategic projects, driving early customer engagement, cross-functional collaboration and increased win rates.
This exciting reports directly to Head of Global Key Account Management Renewables and works closely with a wide range of global stakeholders, including R&D;, Solutions Management, Sales, Service, Operations, Quality, Finance, Legal and Supply Chain.
Drive global account growth and customer success by managing strategic key accounts, building long-term customer partnerships, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, and market share.




Lead high-value global projects from opportunity identification and qualification through bidding, execution, and successful delivery, ensuring strong commercial and customer outcomes.
Develop and execute winning commercial strategies, including customer engagement plans, value propositions, pricing strategies, stakeholder mapping, and competitive positioning to secure new business and strengthen customer loyalty.
Collaborate across a global organization, bringing together Sales, R&D;, Technical Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and other teams to deliver seamless customer solutions and achieve project objectives.
Ensure commercial excellence and continuous improvement through effective pipeline management, forecasting, risk mitigation, performance tracking, market intelligence, and the identification of new growth opportunities while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
