Acting as a trusted thought partner to business leaders, influencing decisions that shape organizational design, talent, culture, and performance.
Collaborating on talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce optimization, ensuring readiness for future growth.
Coaching managers on effective performance management and employee engagement strategies.
Driving employee engagement initiatives, leveraging insights from surveys and feedback loops to improve the employee experience.
3+ years of experience in a people partner role in tech, scale-ups, or multinational organizations, supporting product and engineering teams
~ Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to influence decisions and drive meaningful change
~ An exceptional ability to build relationships, paired with the communication skills needed to coach leaders and influence at all levels.
~ A high level of comfort working both independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team across multiple time zones.
~ Fluency in English
