Frontline employees engage and support all companies to leverage EcoVadis solutions in order to foster continuous improvement of sustainable business practices in global supply chains.
Your responsibility would be to ensure the acquisition of new suppliers in the assigned territory in order to grow the Ecovadis network of assessed companies, boost response rates, and drive value throughout the EcoVadis onboarding experience.
You will manage high volumes with low average contract values.



This position interacts with all EcoVadis customers (buyers & suppliers) as well as multiple business units internally to provide high touch service that respects the relationship of the customers to EcoVadis and is a true EcoVadis ambassador.
Identify "high-value" prospects within your portfolio, engage them with customized, sales-led outreach, including high-volume phone outreach.
Commercial Autonomy: Manage your tasks efficiently while maintaining the commercial awareness to spot new business opportunities proactively.
Capture and record internal and customer-sourced insights and proactively report to Team Leader, Management and other EcoVadis BU's (Sales, Customer Success, etc) to bridge gaps.
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or sales role (Inside Sales or Upselling experience is a plus). Full professional fluency in Dutch & English and a deep understanding of the Benelux business culture are essential for succe
