Base salary + uncapped commission | €40,000 OTE Are you a native or fluent German speaker looking to start or develop your career in sales?
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused German speaker with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing a career in sales.
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not essential . Experience in customer service, account management, retail, recruitment, e-commerce or other customer-facing environments can also be highly relevant.
As an Inside Sales, you will:
Handle and qualify inbound requests from German-speaking prospects and clients
Present our products and solutions, understanding each client's needs
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Track your pipeline and activity through CRM (Salesforce)
Collaborate with procurement, customer experience, and marketing to ensure an excellent client experience
Once inbound flow is under control, dedicate part of your time to outbound prospecting to further grow the DACH market




You will perform if you have the following:
~ Native or fluent German, good level of English
~2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or client relations
~ Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
~ Strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented, adaptable
~ A plus: experience in e-commerce, textile, or fashion
