As a Sales Enablement Specialist (Product Focus) in the Solution Engineering Department , you will strengthen our go-to-market execution by creating high-impact sales enablement across our multi-product SaaS portfolio (20+ solutions), turning solution expertise into field-ready messaging, assets, and e-learnings that increase win rates - and you will build an AI-first enablement engine that scales certification without adding manual review overhead.
You will work closely with Solution Engineers, subject matter experts, and designers to ensure our enablement content is consistent, compelling, and used in real customer interactions. You will build the product certification content itself, while the overall AE training path and timing (including when certifications like EUDR happen) is curated in partnership with the Sales Enablement Manager.

Continuously innovate: keep evolving our enablement and certification processes with new formats and tools, and design them to be genuinely engaging - driving high voluntary participation from Sales.
Proven experience in Product/Solution Enablement (or Sales/Revenue Enablement with strong product depth) in a B2B environment (ideally multi-product SaaS).
AI-supported assessments, content generation, coaching), reducing reliance on manual review.
Consulting mindset and experience, combined with prior software/SaaS industry background.
A knack for making enablement and certification engaging and even fun, to drive strong participation and completion rates across the Sales organization.
Comfortable working with feedback and data (usage, completion, qualitative win/loss insights) to drive continuous improvement.
