The majority of your time will be dedicated to generating new business. You'll own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing
You'll also work closely with the Spain General Manager to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within strategic customer accounts, helping expand existing partnerships and uncover new commercial opportunities
Beyond your own pipeline, you'll contribute to improving our sales playbook, messaging and AI-driven workflows by sharing what you learn from the market
Within your first three to six months, you'll:
Build a consistent pipeline through outbound prospecting
Manage opportunities confidently from first conversation to close
Close your first new customers
Adapt our messaging to the Spanish market
Contribute ideas that improve how we sell
Collaborate closely with the Spain General Manager and the global Business Development team
Generate new business through outbound prospecting across multiple industries and customer segments
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close




Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations and commercial negotiations
Maintain an accurate CRM and healthy sales pipeline
Work with Marketing and Operations to improve customer acquisition
Support strategic account growth alongside the Spain General Manager
