Graduate Inside Account Representative Description Join our HP Madrid Office As a Graduate Inside Account Representative , you will work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to retain existing customers and create new sales opportunities. You will support end-to-end sales activities by contributing to contractual engagements, building relationships with key influencers, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed strategic decisions.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams using remote sales tools.
Support customers in adopting new products and solutions.
Support the sales cycle through project coordination, pricing activities, solution development, sales closure, and technical demonstrations.
Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained within the last 12 months .
Native-level Spanish language fluency.
High level of English language fluency.
Catalan language proficiency is considered a strong asset.

internships related to sales or up to two years of professional experience in a sales-related role would be considered a plus.
Demonstrated interest in sales, account management, or customer engagement through academic, extracurricular, internship, or professional experiences.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to support account teams and contribute to the successful management of transactional sales opportunities.
Experience or exposure to selling services and recurring revenue models is a plus.
Proficiency in digital and remote selling techniques.
Demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging technologies, particularly AI, to enhance sales performance and customer engagement. Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply digital solutions in daily workflows, leveraging AI-driven insights to support data-informed decision-making and deliver more personalized customer experiences.
