In this position, your primary focus is telephone sales and customer advisory for wine products. Your core responsibilities include:
- Conducting telephone sales calls to present and sell wine to customers.
- Providing competent customer support and direct telephone consultation.
- Guiding potential buyers through the available product selection and answering inquiries.
- Processing sales agreements and ensuring accurate registration of orders.

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following profile requirements:
- Fluent command of Spanish (native or bilingual level is required).




- A minimum of 9 months of verifiable experience in direct sales or customer advisory, such as working as a retail assistant, commercial agent, or telemarketing representative.
- Immediate availability to start work.
- Additional language skills and prior training in sales or customer service are valued assets.

The employer offers clear, regulated working conditions based on the collective telemarketing agreement:
- Permanent contract arrangement (contrato fijo / fijo discontinuo).
- Part-time schedule of 25 hours per week, running Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00.
- A gross monthly salary of 915 EUR for 25 hours per week under the applicable Convenio Telemarketing.
- Fixed morning schedule with free afternoons and free weekends in Mallorca.
