Senior Data/Software Engineer | Barcelona | Hybrid
We’re looking for a Senior Data/Software Engineer to join a high-performing data engineering team working on large-scale data products and modern cloud infrastructure.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build and maintain data pipelines and data products
- Work within a data mesh architecture and contribute to domain data ownership
- Support legacy migration projects with minimal disruption
- Identify technical gaps and work through them to completion
- Balance hands‑on engineering with stakeholder and client collaboration
- Communicate technical decisions, risks and blockers clearly

What we’re looking for:
- Strong SQL
- Develop and maintain scalable pipelines (batch and streaming)
- Experience with AWS,



particularly Redshift, Kubernetes
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
- Someone who takes ownership and gets things shipped

Nice to have:
- Coding agents, MCP ecosystems,
- Domain-oriented data ownership
- FinTech, retail, e-commerce or consumer goods data experience
