Under the Cost Accounting Manager, supports all cost accounting of the operation, including but not limited to the development and maintenance of statistical information used for inclusion in the cost accounting system/ERP, cost allocations of overhead, shared services and other direct costs applicable. Will create queries, and write and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual financial and cost accounting reports, and specific audit requests, internal and external, as needed. A key participant in Annual Phyiscal Inventory,



and new product costing analysis.
Manage the administration of the ERP inventory system and cost setups, including coordinating and executing Annual Std Cost Roll Up.
Reconcile General Ledger accounts associated with inventory.
Manage and uphold Cost Accounting documentation for internal, statutory, and regulatory compliance.
Present clear and concise costing analyses.
OOR templates and linked files, responsible for maintaining and distributing operational reports such as Std Hours, Scrap, Efficiency & Productivity, Sales, Inventory Adjustments, Inventory exhibit and ledger details, manual Entries review and control company lease automobile fleet, among his main responsibilities.
Monthly inventory review with Materials Manager (Ensures inventory exhibits are completed by Materials and are accurate to the Perpetuals)
E&O; Quarterly Review and Prepare analysis and impact reported by plants.
