ABOUT NEXT ON PROPERTIES
Next On Properties is at the beginning of its story.
We are a newly created real estate company based in Alicante, focused on selected residential properties across Alicante, the Costa Blanca and Murcia.
Although the company is new, its founders come from established business backgrounds and share a clear ambition: to build a real estate company based on trust, quality, strong relationships and an excellent client experience.
We already have collaboration agreements with selected developers in the area and are now looking for the right person to join us at this early stage and help shape the company we want to become.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Manager with a strong commercial mindset, enthusiasm for the property sector and, above all, the ability to build relationships and generate new business.
The role will include:
- Identifying and developing new clients and business opportunities.
- Understanding clients’ needs and matching them with the right properties.
- Managing the sales process from first contact through to completion.
- Developing relationships with developers, owners and strategic partners.
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline.
- Contributing ideas to the commercial development of Next On Properties.
THE PERSON
We are looking for someone who is:
- Commercial, proactive and results-oriented
- Excellent at building relationships and gaining clients’ trust.
- Professional and comfortable working with premium and international clients.
- Independent, organised, motivated by targets
- Actively contribute to the company’s social media presence and website content, supporting the creation of property-related and commercial material that strengthens the Next On Properties brand.
- Entrepreneurial and excited about joining a business at an early stage.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are highly valued.
