Manpower is partnering with an investment fund that is looking to expand its Barcelona team with an Investment Associate. The selected candidate will work closely with the execution team, supervising a team of Analysts.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals who are detail‑oriented, analytical, and well‑structured, with a strong interest in the strategic and narrative aspects of investing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the M&A; Analysts in drafting and structuring investment memorandums, teasers, and other materials required throughout the investment process.
- Conduct research on companies, sectors, and markets to back investment rationales and strategic recommendations.
- Supervise the valuations and work closely with the stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the investment team to gather and consolidate all relevant information for each transaction.
- Maintain, review,



and update investment documentation as deals progress through the pipeline.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in M&A;, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services.
- Proven experience preparing and structuring investment materials.
- Full professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- International exposure and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Outstanding attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a methodical working style.
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and strong motivation to learn and grow.
