Your primary day-to-day responsibilities
- Providing direct assistance and social support to clients and service users.
- Conducting dependency assessments and evaluating individual care situations.
- Managing community resources and coordinating relevant auxiliary services.
- Drafting comprehensive social reports and maintaining accurate case documentation.

To be considered for this opening, you should meet the following essential criteria
- Vocational training (FP) in the social care or community services field.




- Fluent command of Spanish (castellano), both spoken and written.
- Intermediate proficiency in standard Office tools.

Additionally, the following qualifications and skills will be valued
- A university degree in Social Work (Grado en Trabajo Social).
- Previous professional experience in a similar social services or home care role.
- Knowledge of English and Catalan.
