A private organization registered through PalmaActiva (code 6005) is seeking dedicated leisure instructors to lead sociocultural workshops tailored for adults and seniors across the island.
Main responsibilities
- Direct and facilitate sociocultural workshops tailored specifically for middle-aged and older participants.
- Teach sessions across diverse subject areas, including English, traditional Ball de Bot, maintenance fitness, yoga, pilates, and line dancing.
- Adapt activities and exercises to the physical and social needs of the group.
- Coordinate workshop logistics during scheduled time slots.

Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and Catalan, which is required for effective communication with participants.




- Prior experience working with adult or senior groups is valued.
- Practical competence to teach one or more of the specified areas (languages, movement, fitness, or dance).
- Flexibility to lead workshops during morning hours (09:30 to 12:30) or afternoon hours (16:30 to 20:00).

What this position offers
- A permanent discontinuous contract (fijo discontinuo) aligned with the academic calendar.
- Employment governed by the official collective agreement for leisure and socio-cultural activities (Convenio de ocio y tiempo libre).
- A gross hourly rate of 19 EUR per hour, with total earnings based on the number of workshops taught (standard 8-hour monthly workshop format).
- Work location based in Mallorca.
