The Corporate Finance Director to be recruited will coordinate with and report to the senior management, and will be responsible for leading and actively managing the origination and execution of Corporate Finance (M&A;) mandates in Spain by performing the following functions:
- Originate new business opportunities and obtain new M&A; mandates.
- Proactively identify and establish contacts and access points to mid-market corporations in Spain, C-suite executives and entrepreneurs.
- Design,



review and present pitchbooks and proposals to potential clients.
- Manage and execute M&A; mandates, establishing best practice standards in terms of quality, calendar, client service and compliance.
- Train and develop the local Madrid-based team.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Bank's senior management team and is expected to design, lead and execute an ambitious growth strategy for Corporate Finance in Spain, with ample opportunities to take part and actively contribute to the overall expanding business of the Bank in a key market.
