Responsibilities
- Own data centre development in Europe end-to-end: from market entry strategy and early-stage opportunity through Ready-to-Build and energisation




- Evaluate and prioritise your country's market - Spain or Ireland - based on power availability and price, grid connection timelines, land, fibre connectivity, climate, permitting regimes, and incentives
- Identify and assess sites from technical, planning, power, and infrastructure perspectives
- Structure and support development financing: capital planning, project finance, and working with investors and lenders to fund development through delivery
- Lead planning, permitting, environmental assessment, and stakeholder engagement processes in each jurisdiction
- Mitigate technical, commercial, and development risks
- Ensure projects are deliverable, scalable, and aligned with construction requirements
