About the Role
Are you a confident, results-driven sales professional with a passion for digital advertising and building strong customer relationships? We’re looking for a German Speaking Sales Executive to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle — from identifying and contacting potential customers to presenting tailored digital advertising solutions, negotiating and closing deals, and supporting a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll work closely with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them understand how digital advertising can support their growth while building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential SMB accounts with digital advertising needs.
- Carry out daily outbound activities,



including cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customers’ business goals, challenges and advertising requirements.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce.
- Handle objections, negotiate commercial terms and close new business.
- Ensure a smooth handover and onboarding experience for new customers.
- Analyze customer insights and market trends to improve outreach and conversion strategies.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities and deal progress in Salesforce.

What We’re Looking For
- C2 German and C1 English, both written and spoken.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, prospecting and cold calling.
