What is the job about?

You will assist our cluers with all IT related technical support issues.

What will you do?
- Installing and configuring cluers computer systems.
- Responding to cluers' IT support requests.
- Meeting with cluers to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
- Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
- Maintaining the inventory of technical equipment
- Managing purchases (plan for future demand, order new hardware, etc)
- Managing the relationship with the providers (for IT services used by the company)
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Configuring online services used by the employees (Google apps, etc..)
