Your responsibilities

Wholesale Account Management
- Own and develop wholesale and distribution accounts across assigned markets, leading seasonal sell-in and ongoing partner management.
- Prospect, pitch, negotiate and onboard new wholesale partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, order volumes and delivery timelines.
- Set, track and deliver regional sales and profitability targets, owning forecasts and the channel P&L.;
- Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Production and Marketing to ensure end-to-end execution and consistent brand presentation.

Specialized Business Units & Strategic Growth
- Develop and execute targeted growth strategies for specialized business units within your assigned markets.
- Identify and cultivate B2B opportunities across new commercial sectors.
