Job Squad is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing international company in the digital advertising and media technology space. You'll be the main point of contact between advertiser accounts and the internal Ad Operations team, owning a portfolio of client relationships end to end.

What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build strong relationships through regular business reviews and strategic recommendations
- Coordinate with Ad Operations to ensure campaigns are launched, monitored and optimised efficiently
- Analyse campaign performance data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

What you bring
- 3+ years of experience across Digital Marketing,



Campaign Management, Client Management, ideally in roles such as Customer Success, Account Management or Ad Operations
- Hands-on experience managing or optimising digital advertising campaigns
- Experience working with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, and customer support tools
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
