As Head of Risk Framework, you design, strengthen and oversee Apex Group's enterprise risk management framework, ensuring alignment with strategy, risk appetite and regulatory obligations. You will lead risk taxonomy, policy governance and incident management, working with executive leadership and risk teams to embed the Three Lines of Defence. This role shapes risk culture, controls and reporting across a global, multi-jurisdictional organisation. The opportunity focuses on scalable risk capabilities and data-driven risk insight to support growth and transformation.

• Design, strengthen and maintain the Group Risk Management Framework and corresponding standards
• Maintain risk taxonomy, classification matrices, appetite methodology and KPI standards
• Coordinate Group-level risk assessments and oversee Group Risk and Control Profile maintenance
• Support local risk assessments to ensure consistent application of Group standards
• Escalate priority risk matters to executive management and governance forums
• Oversee Group Business Continuity and crisis management frameworks
• Own Group Policy Framework and ensure governance and lifecycle requirements
• Sponsor risk technology initiatives and integrate with Riskonnect workflows




• Ensure risk systems link risks, controls, incidents and actions over time
• Lead and develop the Risk Framework team and promote risk training and awareness
• Lead scenario/stress testing and major incident response protocols
• Support CRO in risk reporting at board level

Responsabilidades
• Significant senior experience in enterprise risk management within regulated financial services
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, appetite, assessment, controls, incident management and policy governance
• Experience in integral, multi-jurisdictional organisations
• Proven ability to design, implement and embed risk management frameworks
• Experience leading risk transformation or GRC platform changes
• Strong judgement with independent oversight and escalation as part of Second Line of Defence
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, including governance forums
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
• Proven leadership and people-management experience
• Professional risk qualification (IRM, FRM, PRM or equivalent) is advantageous
• Experience in fund administration, fiduciary or asset servicing is advantageous
