Experteer Overview In this role you drive expansion within existing Fusion customers, increasing subscriptions and upgrading to higher tiers while leveraging Fusion’s data capabilities. You work via digital channels, running fast, high-velocity sales cycles and partnering with specialists to present compelling demos. The position sits on a collaborative expansion team that connects with land and technical colleagues to deliver measurable revenue growth. - Identify high-leverage expansion opportunities within existing Fusion accounts (seats, tiers, PLM)
- Own end-to-end virtual sales cycles: qualify, align, handle objections, close
- Develop and execute targeted expansion plans for your territory
- Collaborate with Fusion Data Specialists and Technical Sales for demos and validation
- Coordinate with the land team for consistent strategy and smooth handoffs
- Multi-thread within accounts to uncover hidden opportunities and momentum




- Maintain pipeline and forecast accuracy using Salesforce and modern sales tools
- Share repeatable plays and insights to scale the expansion effortResponsabilidades
- Professional proficiency in English and German
- Proven success in software expansion, inside sales, or account management with revenue growth
- Experience running virtual sales cycles without face-to-face meetings
- Ability to identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Comfort engaging design, engineering, and manufacturing audiences
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders from technical users to leadership
- Interest in cloud-native technology, AI-driven workflows, and manufacturing transformation
