Experteer Overview
In this role you will design, build, and maintain ML pipelines and infrastructure to support conventional and GenAI models. You’llWork closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate models into production, leveraging cloud resources for scalable, secure systems. You will focus on NLP-oriented data storage, indexing, and model evaluation, driving reliable productionization of ML solutions. This is a hands-on, collaborative role shaping AI capabilities across the tech organization and delivering tangible value. You’ll stay current with GenAI, NLP, ML, and IR practices to improve performance and efficiency.

• Integrate ML models into AI/ML pipelines, including pre-processing, fine-tuning, and deployment
• Develop optimized data storage and indexing for NLP systems
• Build tools/frameworks for model training, tuning, and evaluation and ensure infrastructure integration

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related STEM field
• 2-4 years of industrial ML/DS/DE experience
• Strong Python (or similar) programming skills
• Experience with NLP/ML frameworks (PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, spaCy, NLTK, scikit-learn)
• Experience with NLP-focused data infrastructure (storage, indexing, retrieval)
• Proficiency with vector storage, indexing, graph databases in cloud environments
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes on cloud-based infra
• Experience with Git
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
