Experteer Overview As a Data Scientist in the Data Science team at eDO, you design and operationalize advanced analytics and ML-driven solutions that optimize travel-related decisions. You will work on predicting customer needs and embedding ML into products in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You’ll stay current with ML advances and share best practices across the organization. This role offers scope to impact multiple business areas, from personalization to optimization, within a high-growth travel platform.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Conduct predictive analytics to understand customer interactions and anticipate needs
- Collaborate with Product and Business teams to embed ML into apps, services, and products and create predictive models
- Coordinate, challenge and share best analytical practices within the organization
- Stay up to date with ML technologies and Data Science trends
- Effectively communicate results and insights with stakeholders across the organizationResponsabilidades
- Degree in a quantitative field
- 2+ years of related experience as a Data Scientist, ML engineer, or similar
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Solid understanding of statistical, data mining and ML methods
- Strong Python coding skills; knowledge of Scala, R, or Java valued
- Experience with Spark, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, pandas
- Strong SQL skills; Big Data technologies (distributed computing, NoSQL/graph databases, Kubernetes, Airflow, Kafka) a plus
- Commitment to code versioning, QA processes, and monitoring
